Dear Parents,
Once again Country Mart is offering the Country Mart Educational
Fund for participating schools to earn money. YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN
UP AGAIN THIS YEAR EVEN IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP IN PREVIOUS YEARS.
This year Country Mart is donating $176,000 and we are asking for
your help in earning our share of the fund. The process is easy:
1. Log onto www.mycountrymart.com and register
with Country Mart Card.
2.Click on the Country
Mart Educational Fund Tab.
3.Under the select option,
choose Lourdes Central Catholic
4.Use your Country Mart Card
every time you shop at Country Mart
It's that easy! If you do not have access to the Internet, please
write your Country Mart Card number below in the spaces provided along
with your last name and I will be happy to enroll you if you send this
form to school with your child.
This is a great opportunity for our school to earn funds and your
participation is greatly appreciated. In the past few years, we have
earned over $5,000.00! Just by using your card while you shop!
Please have your friends, relatives and co-workers sign up for Lourdes
too! Every person enrolled and using their card at Stehlik's will earn
more money for us to use at our school.
